STOKLOSA, Stanley
"Stan The Man"

Of Hamburg, NY, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2020, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee Klispie) Stoklosa and late Betty Abulone Stoklosa; loving father of Susan (Marc) Butler, James (Wendy) Stoklosa, Judith (David) Juhas, Timothy (Susan) Stoklosa, Laura (Keith) Feasley, and David (Kathleen) Stoklosa; cherished papa of 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; dearest brother of Dorothy (late Daniel) Keefe, late Florence (late Robert) Carroll, late Raymond (late Roseann) Stoklosa, late Sylvia (Robert) Walczak; also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family will be present on Friday from 3-7PM at the (Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC. 3450 South Park Ave., Blasdell, NY 14219. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10AM at SS Peter & Paul Church, 66 East Main St., Hamburg, NY 14075 (Please assemble at Church). Interment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery. Mr. Stoklosa was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and member of the Hamburg American Legion Post #527. Mr. Stoklosa was a graduate of Blasdell HS, retired from Bethlehem Steel Co., and worked with the Hamburgh Holidays Committee. Stanley also enjoyed wood working, was an avid golfer, and loved his family dearly. The Stoklosa family would like to thank the staffs at Elderwood Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing in Hamburg for all of their care over the years, and also most recently the staff of Hospice Buffalo. Dear Wendy and Jim and family,
God bless you and all of Stan’s family and friends. He lived a long and full life and will be missed by many. As a member of the “greatest generation” his loss will be keenly felt by everyone indebted to him for having served his country. May he Rest In Peace.
