Ronda Lapp Ferguson

My heart felt sympathy to Grace, and all of Bob's family. Bob has been a friend and a part of the Lapp family since what seems like forever. He has never been forgotten and his memory will always be with my sister Linda and me, Ronda.

Robert Wood

My condolences for a very special person. I met Bob at a Salamanca Historical society meeting where he gave a talk on the "little Irish settlement" in ASP.He made an excellent presentation. Afterwards, I introduced myself as a long time friend of his brother, Ron.(Ron and I meet at Fort Campbell, KY while serving in the USArmy---50 years ago.) For a split second Bob appeared a bit puzzled, and then he said, "oh, you are the Bob Wood from Kill Buck that Ron always talks about". Needless to say our chat continued. Ron also gave me a book about facets of Allegany State Park which included an article written by Bob---very much enjoyed. Two wonderful people who will be missed very much.

Sincerely,

Bob Wood
