Paul was the first guy I knew who went to Daytona Beach on Easter Break ‘70 and came back with the best tan of all times. We had us some hard-hittin’ football games on Sundays at St. Pete’s, with Donavan, Daunce, and others. You turned me on to Chicago Transit Authority. You were hip, alright.

Just learned of the passing of one of my childhood friends. Rest In Peace old friend. I will always remember the sleep overs in your garage and sitting outside the back window on the roof and the ball games and ice skating next door.

RIP Paul. Life is short and goes by way too fast. Where did the years go since we were both kids growing up on Maple Avenue without a care in the world. Funny that our last hour-long phone conversation just a few days before you passed, was all about trying to remember the name and the rules of a game we played as kids and that led into some other childhood memories. Glad to have revisited those times with you. I’ll see you again someday. Give everyone a hug for me. 😢
