Obituary for Kenneth V. Weber

WEBER, Kenneth V.

Born November 16, 1937 and passed away December 25, 2019 in Florida. Kenneth was born in Buffalo, NY, resided in Hamburg, NY and North Port, FL. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1960-1964 and after discharge, his career spanned 42 years in management at The Buffalo News. He is survived by his wife Sharon (nee Waters/Glose), his step-sons, H. Joseph Glose and James Glose, his sister Wanell Kelsey, a very proud grandfather to Owen, Delaney, Aiden, and Ryan, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his parents Louis J.N. and Lois C. (nee Wood) Weber, and a brother Clinton Weber. Kenneth was a proud member and Past Master of the Mason's Community for 60 years, especially the Wayfair's Lodge #1148 F & AM. He enjoyed woodworking, building large clocks, and attemped to master wine making. He has a deep connection of life long friends and always cherished these relationships. Ken will be missed by many family and friends. A Memorial Wake and Celebration of Life will be held on Monday January 27th from 4-8PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC. 5453 Southwestern Blvd. (Corner of Rogers Rd.). A Memorial Service will begin at 8PM. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday January 28th at 11AM at Lakeside Memorial Cemetery, 4810 Camp Rd.(Rt. 75), Hamburg, NY 14075 (Please assemble near the Camp Road entrance). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY. Please share condolences at www.kaczorfunerals.com
