I worked with Marc for 40 years at the Peace Bridge. He was my oasis in a desert of boredom. He could always make me laugh and he had a strong sense of fair play. Perhaps that’s why he liked refereeing High school football and lacrosse so much.
I shall miss him greatly.

May God Bless Him on his next journey, he was very well liked and kind person and may he now watch down on us and teach us to be blessed as he was. Larry Wegryn.

My sympathy goes out to you. Clark and I became friends at SUNY Oswego. You can imagine, Clark quickly became a great friend of the guys on our floor. I knew Clark for a year or so and he made such an impression on me as being a caring, trusting, warm and just a funny individual! I have to say Clark was entertaining, right down to his juggling! He was very active enjoying college life and enjoyed going to hockey and our lacrosse games. He had many dear friends! We were all very sad when he did not return to school and I for one always thought of Clark. I lived in NYC area and he in Western NY we never got together again. A great guy and a true loss at such an early age!
My sincere and warm condolences to your family and friends, I know how he touched and lived his life with you, a great blessing!

Karen, Olivia, Clark and Mack,
No words can possibly reflect the grief we feel on the passing of Clark. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Clark was without a doubt, a fabulous man who enjoyed his life with love for his family and many friends. Spending time with him last month at the wedding, will be memories we reflect upon forever.
We will all miss him terribly; his ability to laugh at himself and life while embracing every moment .God Bless! He will truly be missed
